my passport is expiring on dec 23 2013 my medical was done on dec 12 2012 my pcc is ready, awaiting fbi report, expected next week. should I submit pcc, fbi report & existing passport for PR stamp or should I get new passport in tatkal and then submit for PR stamp what is better?
