I got my medical on 23rd November and my 2nd line updated on 24 November.

Try to call cic and ask them about the status of your file. Even if the quota is over they should inform you. You can apply under Express Entry. Don't waste your time and call them as early as possible.November applicants got there file number and some of them got medical as well. best of luck.

File received 23 November 2014 Got file number 16 February 2015 Got medical and landing fee 23 April 2015 But my 2nd line still not updated in Ecas

I did not see any November applicants who got there medical. My friends from September and October got there medical in March. Hopefully Nov month will be in April or May.

I send my passport to Riyadh Embassy. I submit my application to Riyadh Embassy. Send your passport to the visa office where you submit your application.
