well i guess yr friends lawyer is a very happy bunny, hahahahah lol, ok no jokes She can onlu apply for OWP along side and spousal/common law family class application and OWP can only be done once 1st stage of approval is passed, so it will be 5-6 months and then OWP will take another 1-2...

it will be in process but to complete it to AIP u will need medicals i am sure so as soon as u give birth pls do medicals and send it out..

when did you post your application, if the process has started then you cannot withdraw and have to wait it out.... u never know u might be done in the next 5 - 6 months as 1 in 100 pppl inland get approval and landing interview on inland application in 6 months.. good luck

i got married on 29/09/09 n got my marriage cert on the 02/11/09 i wanted t wait and sent everything as i sent my application on 21/12/09 and got approve in 3 weeks time.. if u want to quick, then US is better as it takes a few days i the US i guess. good luck

depends on where yr visa office policy is but most of the time yes passport request means BRING YOUR PASSPORT FOR THE SHIINNY THING AND YOU CAN GO TO CANADA... good luck and i am happy for you

My best bet to you is to do the medicals again in canada as u are now doing the application in-land.. yes the medicals get sent to the ottawa but in ottawa it goes to different departments and normally agents are lazy digging deep tofind u.. In-alnd meds go to in-land department., work...

if u apply in-land make sure u send all yr application for OWP too at the same time and ask them to process it after the 1st stgae of approval...... i dont need to poin u to which direction as u have figured out which route u want but.. Why dont u do out-land application and in this case u can...

Send it with your application, it is always better to send everything and not leave it behind for London to request it. ie it also depends on which application.. i am guessing family class so everything goes with the application.. it makes it faster.. waiting for london to request your records...

the out-land is the faster and u will get everything with the 6-8 months as compared to the in-land where the arroval stage ie 1st stage takes 5-6 , also with the in-land u have to proof more evidence than the out-land... so far out-land is easy not easy but easier/quicker than in-land.. read...
