    Correspondence from IRCC not received

You'd need to take your case number as a reference. How do you know it's a FP request? It could be a request for documents.

    Time between test and DM

It can take days to months. If your background checks are completed when you've taken the tests, you're likely to get a quick DM. Sometimes the background checks aren't done before the test is taken, so it's just a matter of waiting.

    Travel History check

You should be okay if you have sufficient enough of a buffer in your presence calculation. Unfortunately, some of the border records on both the US and CDN side can be lacking, so that could cause you a little headache if you don't have a good buffer. Best to just not worry about it unless you...

American Father + Canadian Mother How does the child get dual citizenship?

I think what you're asking is if your son carries citizenship from your native country? In some cases, it will depend on the country, whereas in some countries your son is considered a citizen by decent because you were born in that country. What country are you from?

She could have had a one way ticket and it still shouldn't have been a concern of this person! This certainly was a good one to have been reported to a supervisor.

They have been sending oath and test invitations via email unless the applicant didn't supply an email address. There are other, trackable, ways to send your passport application without CP, if you can't drop it off in person. I would hope that they are using courier service to send them back...

    How to contact CIC

If you're looking to update your email address, wait until you have AOR and then use eCAS to change your contact info. If you don't have access to the email address you supplied on the application, just check eCAS periodically to see if you have AOR, as the notification will likely come via...

Upfront Canadian Fingerprint for Citizenship Application

While I've always been in the camp of supplying only what is asked for, when it's requested, there was someone that sent their FP without a request from IRCC, just because they would possibly be away when the request came in. It worked for them. I still wouldn't do it, though.

    October 11th 2017 - Citizenship Applicants under 3/5 rule

Book your trip, advise them of the dates of travel via the webform, and hope for the best. It's what IRCC say you should do in this case, but as you can see by the post just before yours, they don't always pay attention and schedule accordingly. I wouldn't worry about an FP or document request...

If you pay the fee, they will process it faster. Have your travel plans handy and apply in person at a Passport Canada office. In my son's case, we only paid $20 extra to be able to pick it up in 10 business days. That is a guaranteed service.
