I did it in Canada for my Mom and the results take at least 2 months to reach the doctor from the laboratory as they need several weeks to prepare the sputum culture. The result was updated in about 2 1/2 months.

Since its a one year timeline, you should get a test invite by end of February or mid March. If you dont get it by 1st of April, call their help line to check. They will not entertain your timeline query before 1 year.

Mine was MCH too, Superfast. Did background checks and secuirty checks before issuing medicals. After medical results received, the process till DM was 15 days and from that till passport received back by me was 10 days.
