Hello everybody. I just want to give you all a little bit of hope by telling you that we got our passport and COPR returned from Hong Kong, so it appears that they are getting some work done at the strike affected consulates. Good Luck to everyone who is still waiting.

Just got my wife's COPR and passport back today, so it's off to the border for us today!! 8) ;D

If there is nothing to follow then you only need the B4 forms and we weren't overly descriptive about it either, just the basics like Men's clothes - $500.00 Kitchen utensils - $400.00 Books - $300.00 etc. Happy Landing!

Just checked ecas and it changed to decision made, hopefully we'll get the wife's passport back soon and be done with this mess.

Sorry to hear that, the stress of it is also getting to my wife, but like you said we are almost finished, so we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Wishing you all the best through the long ridiculous wait.

Just sent the wife's passport to Hong Kong so hopefully they will return it quickly, so we can get this headache finished... Also can I change my passport request date on the spreedsheet to April 24th (we just got the snail mail letter).

Yes it is, we're doing it right now.

We just checked my wife's ecas and found out they started processing her app on March 28, hope it's a good sign for a speedy approval!

I put down the value we paid for it, as for the TV, sure you can bring it if you want. For the electronics, I listed the make, model and serial number. The one computer I brought back, i listed as "home built computer" and what I paid for the parts and the extra hard drives, camera's, etc. I...

We didn't have anything appraised just took pictures and listed what we paid for it, and like I said they really didn't look at any of it, just took our word for it and stamped the B4 and we were on our way. I think it's all who you get.

Thanks for this, I just tried and checked my wife's name and hers is in process as of yesterday, woo hoo!
