Yes you do remember correctly. I submitted the CV etc. on March 11th. After 37 months, it is almost over.

thanks they asked my to send them updated forms and letter of employment status and funds on Feb 4th and I submitted them few days later. They provided me with the links to dowload the forms. Apparently, the forms are the current forms for new applicants.
