Thanks. My understanding is that she was included in her parents' immigration file (back then she was a minor) for PR and then later citizenship. They all have citizenship cards and Canadian passports. Do you still foresee any issues?

Hi, yes she has a citizenship card and passport. Her parents applied back then and she was included in the application as a minor and fulfilled requirements living in Canada. Thanks.

Went to the US consulate in Toronto on Dec 31 and got my b1/b2 visa with landing paper only. Does anyone know a good website that summarizes the countries Canadian PRs can go to without a visa?

I would send it. For a couple of reasons: to keep your application file "live" and to show that you have increase in income. It might come handy if the assessing officer thinks that threes some ambiguity in your work duties. Of course, this is just in case.

Guys, do you have to bring two passport size photos and the PR application forms during landing? Or do you only bring the CPR to sign? Nothing is mentioned in the CPR package sent back. Thanks!

Does anyone know whether an administrative refusal to enter the US (during landing) will cause issues to US visas in the future?

Checked e-cas today and see decision made. I sent in my passport on Tuesday so hopefully that means visa issuance :) For those who received PPR, has your e-cas changed to decision made?

Maybe it was done in the background and the agent on file was too lazy to change ecas. I think it should be fine since we both went to the same doctor.

Hi Leo, in your cover letter you can explain why your company is not willing to give job duties. It also helps to write your own job descriptions and get your supervisor or manager to sign off. I've seen other people do that in the forum. Other than that, I can't think of anything else we can...
