True, but then again there are cases in which people get their PPR but their ECAS still shows "IN PROCESS". Can anyone confirm?

I seriously don't know how things at CIC works. It has been over 2 months since ECAS changed to "IN PROCESS" but to this day, no MR. "We started processing your application on October 04, 2012." Anyone in similar situation?

Does ECAS change to "IN PROCESS" after Medical request? Just wondering because its been 2 months since my ECAS changed from application received to in process and I have yet to receive medicals. Can anyone please confirm this.
