Hello friends, My work permit getting expired in next one month time and I submitted my passports to CIC today for PR visa stamping. In case, if they take more than a month to send back the passport, will I be on implied status or should I apply for BOWP now ? Please let me know

My application was delivered to CIC on 13 Nov but ECAS shows as 13 Dec. Do I need to inform CIC to rectify it. What I dont want to happend to my case is delay the processing time by 1 month. Pls advice.

Hello Seniors, I submitted my CEC application in the month of November and the application receiving date was 13-Nov. My draft wasn't cashed till date. Anyone has experienced this before i.e. more than a month to cash the draft. Any experiences to share?
