Should be the undertaking application that signed and processed, they sent it back with your CSQ. But when I was there last week, they didn't even ask for that, neither the CSQ. Just in case, bring them both with you. Good luck!!!!

Yes, I paid it when I submit the application at the very beginning, so my DM letter didn't ask for any outstanding fee anymore. Guess I should call CIC too, at least to get them send a note to Montreal office as well.
