Due to some very absurd circumstances my case has been closed. I never received a letter from the High commission and the next letter stated I had failed responding and thus they are closing the case. How can the case be reopened or is their any way out..please help..In big trauma. :-[

My father is PR in Canada and he is sponsoring us, I am confused now who has to fill the generic form. My father or I as a dependent can fill it also? where should I submit it..I live in Delhi.
