Hi, Yes, from the CID Headquarters, somewhere near Muthaiga. I only carried my ID then I took to the visa office the papers that I was given (the certificate and the finger-prints). Hope this answers you.

Yes, this is correct. I paid for my new born application fee and my VO indicated that they do not accept payment made online. So I had to repay, and submitted refund. So, my recommendations is unless otherwise, please use the instructions for your VO on how you should make payments.
