For kids send Landing papers Passport Health Card PR Card if available include school report card. Preschoolers will not need it but if he is in KG or above grade its good to add. You can use same application but only if not morethan 90 days before they get it.

I think it depends because I never quit Canada but many forum member left but their application processed so leaving Canada does not affect until its too many times and hard to reconcile for IRCC. 1 or 2 does not make difference

I observed 3 times they invited us only on wednesday and 6 of us got it onlast wednesday. But may be it was long weekend and they are not ready yet. But they already added some ceremonies so may be wait many will get it soon.
