Tx for replying. I had hearing on 02/20/2013 at Vancouver BC, full hearing. As I had no lawyer I thought I will get decision right there and then, but he told me I will get later, now it has been 3 months.

It was going to be no 99.9%, but judge said to submit written submissions so was kind of saved by the well and then sent final reply on March 28th. God was with me though.

It was heard at Vancouver on feb 20, 2013. I appealed on May 2, 2012. Still awaiting final decision on appeal. Very complex case, no lawyer

What is the next step after winning the appeal. Do we need to fill out all forms again

I do not know if you hired a lawyer but if not then gather all your evidence and send it to them beforehand to save time and maybe winning your appeal without hearing

No, still it makes sense to get those dumb notes, for whatever you want to do. You can just fax refusal letter as well as appeal form ASAP to your spouse

30 days start from when you receive the letter. Same thing happened with me but other way. I got letter as a sponsor but my wife did not nor did they include appeal form. I really panicked as CIC knows nothing of appeal forms. Luckily i found that on IRD website, the VO really tried to wipe us...
