generally you will get 45 or 60 days to complete the medicals...........won't you return by then? nonrtheless, you can always write to your CHC, to delay the medicals, if you are unsure of returning by then.

unless the medicals itself returned inadmissability, or any security issue cropped up......... the chances of rejection are slim.

your consultant must be having some doubts about your occupational claim, that is why he cautioned you. though there is no requirement of such attributes...........however, if there is something fishy, your VO might reject your claim.

Are u sure that her's is an Official Passport? Many public servants hold the regular "ordinary" passports. It's only Ministers, Member of Parliaments, or some Foreign Secretary Positions which may hold official or diplomatic passports -- not everyone in the Govt. Service.
