Totally. We have a Service Canada about 20-30 minutes from us, we just don't have a car so it takes extra planning and budgeting of money to get to that city or to downtown Montreal to do things like that.. it's a pain haha I did start the ball rolling for my healthcare. We have a 3 month wait...

I will suggest adding a cover letter of some sort stating you are applying outland. It doesn't happen very often, but CIC could accidentally file you inland, as they did with my application. Good luck! :)

Congrats! You won't receive an email. You will receive your COPR in the mail. It varies and also depends on what address you gave them. If you're in Canada, it should take less than a week. Mine took 5 days from when I got DM, but a week from when they mailed it.
