I'm in the same boat - I cannot look up the application in ECAS at all. In the AOR, I received an application # and I also have tried my receipt number from the payment but neither works. I've tried entering my information as well as my parents to look up - neither works. Help?

Upon receipt of AOR of application in Ottawa, who's information should be entered into the search for ECAS? Mine (as a sponsor), or my mother's (as primary applicant)? I received emailed AOR but cannot look up in ECAS or link to an account. Thanks in adv
