yeeee! :D I got decision made today ..I checked it in the afternoon it was still in process..but then checked it few minutes ago and it changed to decision made... But the address has not been updated yet..

Yeah.. in our case we got all our documents notarized too inlcuding marraige certificate by the lawyer and did not got it attested by indian embassy.. for fingerprinting( if you need pcc from other country apart from india) we had to get it attested by external affairs as well..
