hmmm, yea that sounds kinda odd, i know FSWs have to pay for their RPRF in advance but CECs 99% of the time pays for it after the medical. i dont think its a bad thing though, congrats in advance :)

my cousin sent her application May 16, she (together with her 3 dependents) finally had their medical done yesterday, Feb 4th. weird thing is, their ECAS status changed to MR received last night and they just had their medical yesterday? must be an error on CIC's part i guess.

it depends. they mostly do emails although ive received every one of their response thru mail. note that i did provide them with my email address.

It took me more than a month to get a response from Ottawa after i did my medical. Hope you'll hear from them soon. I think they are busy sending out MRs, which is good news to all those who are still waiting :) dont worry you're almost there anyways.

hi paulpaya, i did my medical on oct 31st, received my PPR on Dec 11. hope that helps!

i dont know, but everyone else i know who did their medical exams in edmonton paid the same amount as me.
