I got the second line as well, "We started processing your application on July 2014." I wonder when we'll get the MR. ::)

Been waiting for my MR for 15 months now.. I'm wondering if doing medical upfront would actually help and speed up the process or should I wait? Any pros and cons? Please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
