    I am want to attest my documents from WES. Please clarify if I am wrong. Attest the one copy from board,(Degree + Mark Sheet) are they provide sealed Envelope? HEC Attest one copy of Degree and Transcript and sealed Envelope. Then send to WES. Can anyone confirm what are the charges for WES?
