I dun know for which course youre applying, but you have to show a whole years fees + $10000 worth in ur statement. If that makes up more than 36 lacs, u have to show more. Ur dad's salary letter, or your brother, but whomever is showing the salary letter, must provide his affidavit of support

I do not know about INDIA, but in Pakistan , GIC Certificate is not necessary, infact in any country, because GIC just makes the financial documents package compact. If you dont have it or if you are getting late, you can show the rest docs, ie, fin. statements, property papers, insurance etc.

But you have been issued your visa, right ?, then what's the issue ? In other case, is it that you have recieved your visa but the classes have started ???
