This means that you should be getting your medicals or any document request soon. I received my MR 2 days after my status changed to "in process"

well..now I think is a good time to start getting a bit anxious myself. I did my medicals on Sep 19 and they were sent after a week and my status hasn't changed on e cas. Still shows "processing" but my contact information has changed 3 times :-X I think for now I should keep a positive...
