I finally received my passport with VISA on hand... Finally... I'm so so so happy.... lol

Nothing can be sure in this case. But according to previous record, normally ppl will get back their passport within 14 days-1 month from the date it change status to DM.

Hi, luckily I didn't book my ticket yet. I still haven't receive my passport until today. It's almost 2 weeks now after DM. For the medical test, your wife do need to land in Canada before the expiry date, but I not sure whether they have any other procedure for you or not.

Finally received the letter from Singapore Visa Office asked me to send my passport... lol... But it seen to be having some problem with my medical reassessment, they do request me to do a re-scan on chest X-ray. Anyway, still happy... lol ;D

Thank you Shiny88. So far I didn't receive any letter or email request for medical re-exam yet. The status in e-cas show that my medical examination received. By the way, my medical exam cert going to expire soon in mid of January 2013.
