One way is to extend work permit through LMO. So this will give you guys the time to establish common law relationship. After 1 year, you can sponsor him. Another way is to get married now and apply for sponsorship right away.

ur holding PGWP, so ur employer doesn't need to advise the job. Meanwhile, what is ur wage and what is the median wage of similar occupation in ur region? If yours is lower, CIC will reject LMO for sure. Wage requirement is very strict now.

MY PGWP actually started on summer of 2011, and expiring next summer. Hopefully, I can get a 2 year extension.
