    Processing Times Update?

It is 26 months for Q1'2012-Q1'2013 period. May be they are waiting to close the next period in order not to publish depressing stats. Check this document obtained via ATIP route - http://goo.gl/k4qfqU

Residence Calculator sheet ?Wrong calculation (Refused ???

Online calculator produces correct results (with one exception - Feb 29 in leap year - you manual calculation may be 1 day off compared to residency calculator). But clearly there will be no difference like you are trying to imply, unless you messed up the dates you've been entering there or on...

Residence Calculator sheet ?Wrong calculation (Refused ???

Looks like you are calculating incorrectly (manually). Remember that residency days for citizenship calculation are calculated differently from residency days for pr status upkeep. In citizenship process - you count either the day of departure or arrival as the day "present" in Canada. In pr...

Residence Calculator sheet ?Wrong calculation (Refused ???

No, this happens because online calculator ignores Feb 29 in leap year. If you read their FAQ, it is covered there - Feb 29 is not included in either "present" or "absent" buckets.

Residence Calculator sheet ?Wrong calculation (Refused ???

Re: how ???computer Residence Calculator sheet ?Wrong calculation (Refused ??? My guess is that you either: 1) started the calculation on the wrong day (i.e. entered your landing date incorrectly) 2) "application date" in the calculation is different from the date you signed your citizenship...

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

When you say it this way - it is true. Once you've been issued an RQ - you are a non-routine case. If you are in GTA - then all RQs are sent to St.Clair for review. So in that sense - yes, St.Clair is a required stop for non-routine cases in GTA, before the case moves further. Current delay...

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

No, St.Clair is reviewing GTA RQs only. I don't understand your 2nd question. No, St.Clair is not a required stop before Test and Oath for regular cases (where no RQ is issued).

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

It sounds like they received your RQ response, but haven't put it in the same box with your file yet (typically happens when you sent RQ back too quickly - when they haven't received your file from CPC-S yet). You haven't posted your timeline, so can't tell you how real this scenario is for you.

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

NOTES - this is where "RQ reviewed" or "RQ assessed" note must appear once they are done with your RQ. FILES - Location field - for its location. May vary by office, but St.Clair puts shelf info there, which gives you a little bit of info as described above.

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

This is correct - they see almost the same stuff you can get via ATIP (minus censored parts). But here is the catch - if RQ has been reviewed, there must be a note "RQ reviewed" in your file (may be with additional commentary.) If you ask the questions above - you should be able to determine...

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

Call them again and ask the following simple questions: - Has my RQ been reviewed? (they should be able to provide a definitive answer. If it has been reviewed, there should be a note in the file saying "RQ reviewed.") - Can you read 2 most recent notes you see in my file.

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

Sounds about right. Based on others' reports, current time to review an RQ at St.Clair is 12-14 months from the time CIC receives a response. We don't know how they manage the queue - i.e. whether other offices send stuff to them on just in time basis or not, but assuming Kitchener transferred...

File transferred to St. Claire after 2 yrs of processing at Kitchener office!!!

As it stands now, St.Clair does not assign test dates - it is a dedicated RQ assessment center for the whole GTA. So the second agent is right - you likely hit some checkbox on their triage list that triggered additional review. Are you sure you haven't missed any important mail from them, like...

1 day short of physical presence

You are testing the wrong thing. Discrepancy shows up when permanent resident was outside of Canada on Feb 29. Online calculator does not include Feb 29 in any bucket (presence/absence), so in this scenario (being out on Feb 29th), where online calculator will show 100 days presence (just an...

Leon,PMM Help Pls. Can i take test first n submit result wth citizen application

Actually, there was such thing some time ago - google for "Kolbe Group Details" and you'll find a link to a thread on another forum. However, participants ended up in a bad situation - CIC became suspicious and RQd them through the nose. No early test anymore.
