As your passport has less then 6 months validity, I think you cannot submit it... The best is to go for passport renewal and then submit new passport along with old one.. As you have less time left, go for Tatkaal option in passport renewal.. I think you are going to get it in 3-4 days..max 1...

This is absolutely fine...even i have got my bachelors from WES and then SCDL from IQAS.. there is no issue in express entry profile.

As far as I know, WES does not recognize SCDL.. thats why I went for IQAS
