are they live-in together before he arrives to canada? they should remain bf/gf's until he arrives canada, being common-law or married during their application (as a dependent) was a misrepresentation. They have to appeal but the chances are very low and the husband might get deported.

depende sa mga kulang mo na requirements kung anu yung kulang yun ang hihingen nila kung may mga additional docs naman kadalasan para yun sa mga may anak sa previous husband nila na kailangan ng history of relationship and ng custody. pero kung complete ka yung requirements na nasa checklist...
