What you do is what you do, I am just giving the other side of the discussion. I know of someone on here who spent so long putting together their application that their medical results have almost ran out by the time they posted it due to really over obsessing on the application.

The COPR and PR Card application are sent with your passport after you get your visa. You get your SIN card from Service Canada centre, you don't need a form, they do all that there, you don't need this form when you land.

Hi, I have no definite answer, but I should think that any CBSA office would be able to clear your paperwork and then contact the shipping company, not just the one in Vancouver. I think there is a CBSA office in Edmonton so maybe you could call them and see if they can clear your paperwork for you.

It would be better to have the forms written out in advance as that will save time at the customs. Regarding the second question, sometimes ECAS is late being updated, they wouldn't request your passport until they had finalised checking through the application.

As long as it is listed, there is no real time limit and it can be brought in bit by bit, just getting it ticked off whenever bring stuff. Ensure they don't stamp it, to finalise it, until you have all your stuff though.

Did you use the sponsor's DOB and info to enter, because that worked for us.

I am so glad that I posted off our application before seeing some of these pictures or I would have been so paranoid we hadn't sent enough, but the half inch of papers, did fine for us.

You wife is the sponsor, she isn't on the application, as she isn't applying.
