My current status, however, is "your processed application has been forwarded to Canada Visa Office, Singapore on....". What does it mean? :)

You don't need submit medical receipt and anything else. Just submit your pp and other docs as their request since they are using e-medical now and they have in hands your medical check's results already.

Sorry for belated update! I have received PPR last Friday and I have submitted my family's passports on 10 Nov. In the PPR letter, they said that it will take about 4 weeks to issue visas. Hope all of FSW2013 applicants will receive the news before Christmas!
