Call From 888-576-8502 Claiming from Service Canada

Phone numbers can be spoofed, so never trust a number. What you can do is ask for their extension and call back the official phone number on the Service Canada Website (not clicking on the call log of the incoming call) and dialing the extension. If it's a legit call, they would give you their...

Masters with PR count in 3 years of residence for citizenship ?

You mentioned you already have PR. Is that not the case? Or do you mean you applied for PR? If you've applied for PR, you don't have it until you have a immigrant visa and have landed in Canada.

What among the following are travel documents besides passports that I have to mention?

Are you able to travel with only this card? Maybe someone with more knowledge on it can shed some light. I'd imagine this card is reliant on your passport.

None of those are travel documents. Travel documents as in Passports, or documents for refugees. Visas are not travel documents.

    3 years or 5?

As Seym mentioned you the criteria for eligibility is to have 1095 days, within the time frame that's a requirement. Doesn't have to be 5 years. As for how long it takes, that's a wild card and you'll get 100 guesses. There's no formula or exact estimate.

Express Entry in Quebec applying for Citizenship

Once you're a PR you're a PR. They just have these issues BEFORE you become a PR, because they want to separate people applying for PR through Quebec's programs and the Federal Government. I had to prove this while applying for PR. But once you're a PR, doesn't matter, you could move wherever...

Citizenship application success after moving out of province that nominated you

There's no such requirement. Once you're a PR, you can move at any time. I'd stick to the official requirements. Once you're a PR, doesn't matter where you reside in Canada.

Question about ID on Oath Ceremony

Citizenship application success after moving out of province that nominated you

Not personally, but PR is PR, doesn't matter which program you went through to obtain it. Once you have it, the way you obtained it, is a thing of the past. Once you're a PR, you can live anywhere in Canada, you have no restrictions. The only things you can't do is vote, and have...
