    This is really quick. I’m still waiting for my parents’ PR card. We received the COPR on June 23rd, and our flight to the USA was scheduled for July 19th, but the address is still under review with IRCC. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our flight due to the delay.

    My parents have a scheduled flight to the USA from Vancouver in July. Can they travel while their Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) is still pending? If they receive the COPR while they are in the U.S., how will they return to Canada without a PR card? What should I do in this situation?
