Reed my previous posts . This happened to me as well but it was followed by a re-medical request. We did the medical after 3 months instead of within a month and I received the request for passport yesterday. Will post timelines shortly

I did not ask for an extension as my father just wont agree to go through the medical again.... :) I did the medical after about 3 months. I am not sure how will this be treated...

Although we had received the second medical request June. My father went through the medical on Sep 8th. I hope he receives the passport request soon.

Hello friends, My father's medical was passed on February 26, 2020. It has been radio silence since then... Does that mean that he will have to through the medical again?

Seriously... ? To each his own. Didn't ask for your advice or opinion. I love dismissive opinionated people just don't have time for them.

I sent a request to our MP and below is the text f the response: " -Application received on October 5, 2018 -Application is processing in London, UK -Sponsor eligibility passed -Applicant’s eligibility not started -Security and Criminality not started -Medicals valid till February 25, 2021...

Yes. My father carries a Pakistani passport. He is over 80 so presumably no background checks required
