I didn't fill out 6B and I hope they don't return my application. It don't get why 6B would be mandatory if it explicitly states "if different from "A". In my case, 6B was not different from 6A, so I don't get why I would need to fill it out. Anyway, I guess I'l have to wait at least two months...

I strongly suggest you read the instruction guide for filling out the form. It clearly states the following regarding question 9E (actually every single question is explained): Question 9E - This section is to be completed ONLY if you successfully completed LINC/CLIC language training program...

Thank you!! :D Last documents were received by the embassy on March 21, I didn't expect to hear back from them so soon considering it took 4 months for them to send AOR. I hope you get PPR very soon! :)

Hi, Does anyone know when ecas typically changes from 'application received' to 'in process' once the police certificate is requested? Ours was already received by the embassy and ecas still shows 'application received'. Thank you :)

Actually Aeroflot has a direct flight from Moscow to Havana, and from there Aeromexico has direct flights to Cancun and Mexico City (both cities allow same-sex marriage). Maybe your best option is to wait and qualify as common law as others have suggested. Good luck!

Same-sex marriage is also legal in Mexico City and the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. A little closer than Argentina.

Very small/simple wedding with no family and no reception. We did briefly explain why on the application, but I think it may be a reason for them to request an interview, who knows. We've had a relationship for 12 years though, so we focused all of our proof on that rather than on the wedding...

Yes, she had her photos taken the very same day we received AOR :) UPS got to her house quite early so she is at the PGR as we speak. Thanks again for your help! :D
