start counting from app. received so that would be 14 mnths plus the time for sponsorship approval. some cases receive visas very early some exceed the alloted time. for example my case took 16 mnths if i have'nt inquired about it on the the 15th month maybe im still waitng. hope this helps...

sorry to barge in on ur conversation. i would recommend for you to email cic manila. i mailed them 6 times i got 6 automated answers and 3 answers from the staff. 2 mnths since my first email got my visa. thats 3 days ago. my ppr was also july.hope this helps... good luck to all.
