according to CPP-O timeline you should fall into "1 March – 31 May 2012 On or before 31 August 2013 By 31 August 2013"

sounds like they have not received your passport, or just don't know where they put it. Did you track your package when you mailed it to them? See who signed for it and maybe email them again....

I don't think there is time frame from "decision made" to PP being sent back. My status changed to decision made before they sent me the PPR email.

Hi guys just a quick update, so I emailed Ottawa office yesterday and they got back to me today and attached the Biodata form, and said sorry to send me the wrong email amd informed me to send in my passport.

Thanks guys, I am debating if I should send them an email to get the correct PPR email. The only part I don't know how to fill out if i don't email them is the Biodata Form which seems to be nowhere to be found online. It is an attachment they send to us in the PPR emails right???
