After 1 month of waiting for passport, I contacted local MP, that's where the quotation from I guess it's the final date in the system that a file has to be finalized, whether approve or refuse. also if counting from June 2012, July 2013 is the 13 months of processing time on their website

me too, PPR first, then DM a couple of day later, I've been told there is a final review date on my file in July, which accordingly is "This is standard procedure. An Officer must do a final review after all the information is received" wondering why they need to do final review when Decision...
