I did the same. And I did not have any problems when I followed the CIC instructions.

Based from my experience, I did not include the employment, education and settlement fund documents. I just followed the CIC checklist. CIC did not ask me any additional documents after I submitted my papers.

Just submit the required documents AS PER CHECKLIST. Education, employment documents and proof of settlement funds are NOT included in the checklist.
