AOA everyone m on the forum after a long time....still seeing many old members here ::) anyways want to ask some members especially senior ones....as R.mujgani (just saw her msg here).... i landed in canada on 4th september...its almost 2months passed n i havnt get my PR card....still waiting...

Dnt wory bro...i had to do remed along wid REPCC n forms...i submitted dem in march an also did remed in march...den in frst week of june ,got ppr...so sometimes it takes 2 to 3mnths in cases wid repcc....so dnt wory just keep ur fingers crossed...ul get it soon in sha Allah... Goodluck :)

I can understand bro..but dnt wory u can control that by changing ur lifé style: Eat veges,fruits,drink more water _exercise daily,walking,running or gym _avoid fatty things especially junk food You will b ok in sha Allah

Yes....exactly I forgot to mention Walnuts They r v good source of good fats as omega 3 fatty acids Handful amount of these should b used daily if possible

Yes if u dnt want to use medicines u can use other things like Ispaghula husk Eat dry fruits like almonds,peanuts..(it has good fats)..daily but limited :) Also eat veges n fruits Exercise daily Avoid oily,fatty things,junk foods,roasted things.

:) just wait a bit dear...well i submitted pp on 5th june,visa issued on 18th,n i got it bak on 21st but my status n address changed on da same date wen i got it (after 15days)...hopefully ull get ur pp bak soon...usually ir arrives on friday as i know many hve got dat...so keep ur fingers...

AOA yes sis everyone gets dat..well the thing u mentioned dat it says NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL ....initially i was worried n it pinched me alot den i searched for it...its for only once for ur entry to canada n later on it wont b valid n we would b needed PR card to travel .... So dnt qorey...n in...

Well as far as i know...visa wud b needed till he becomz canadian citizen. My inlaws told me once... :)
