I was wondering if my ielts score meets the minimum requirements for 2013 CEC category. I took the exam 3 months ago, Listening 5.0, Reading 4.5, Speaking 6.0, Writing 6.0... Noc "O" is my current position turning 12 months on april 2013. Pls. Help! Do i have to retake the exam??
