After waiting 80 months, now i have good news. We got passport with visas but i have one concern. We got medical surveillance code 2.02 but didnt get any forms. What should i do ? Please if anybody has faced similar conditions, let me know what should i do now as we only have 2 months visa...

My father is heart patient and they asked for additional test and after 8-9 months they told that they never received the additional test results so by the time we got to know it ,their medicals expired . So my parents went for remedical and i just hope that they receive visa before this...

I am waiting for now almost 50 days . what should i do now?

Quick questions to all of you... My parents ecase still states Application Received. When i click on it, it says We received your application for permanent residence on March 1 , 2011.(But i had applied in 2007 August, and file was trasferred to ND LVO in December 2010 and we submitted...

Are you sure you paid RPRF? if i am not wrong, you paid 1100 in 2007 when applied for your parents then it might be application processing fees for main applicant and dependent spouse. RPRf for your parents should be 980, not 1100.

My parents passport is also at new delhi for last 9 months. Atleast your ecas shows Med. received. Mine is still just Application Received.

I have same situation as yours. Applied in Aug 2007, Doc and passport sent in Jan 2012 and remedicals done in May 2012 but on ecas it still shows Application received in Mar 2011. no update even regarding their letter for medicals . I dont know the officer working on our file dont like to update...

Thanks Shuga. But as i mentioned earlier my parents files is in ND from Jan 2011 and they had done their medicals in June 2012. So what will be more informative ? should ordering electronic file is enough to know the status of the file and to know if their criminal background check is started or...

Can i please ask what is the difference between caips and gcms? Also i had applied for my parents and their file is in ND and they had already done their medicals so i should order caips or gcms and how can i order them? Thanks in advance
