Yes, my parents send their pics to LVO. Write their name, DOB, Date of the pic and stamp of photographer. This is require on back of pictures. Thanks

HI zTariq, I got an another email this morning and they asked 2 photographs that meet their specification. Interestingly the letter which i got from LVO stated that "Your photographs does not meet our criteria...." In reality I never send any photographs at first place.

Hello, I am on 5th Jan @ 8:52 Purolator batch. My Cc was charged on March 23rd. but no AOR email or any letter so far. Is someone has same kind of situation??. I also checked in ECAS by entering my citizenship certificate number. but this is not active.
