    Agree with lights. 1) It takes about 6 weeks to get the file 2) The VO may or may not stick to the BFD date. Unless you have specific issues like lights, in which case I would suggest that you order the full file, ordering CAIPS notes might not really help.

    Thanks Virgo. Yes, I had already paid my RPRF. If they say its in final review, hopefully within the next two weeks. Regarding RPRF, I don't think it makes a difference whether you pay it now or later. It doesn't seem to delay your ppr. If I'm right NY has been asking for RPRF along with ppr.
