It could take more than 3 months to get PPR after ghost update. Apply for BOWP accordingly.

My file was stuck at Ready for PS for 5 months. It'll then go to PS

I did upfront medical more than a year ago which should've been extended.

That's the same question I've been asking myself. I'm a single applicant and didn't update my application at all and not even asked for ADR and reaching 20 months in February. IRCC meets 19 months standard for 80% of the applications, so count +-4 months on an average for rest of the 20%

How come they refuse a bridging open work permit extension?

I'm going to order notes soon. It's common for applications to be delayed up to 4 months
