Sent off for our UK police check. Our e-cas status is now "in progress" as of march 25. I have updated the spreadsheet.

Thanks for your quick reply! That's what I thought might be the case. It's just difficult as for the police check it asks for your last address in the UK which was a hotel/hostel, haha so that should be interesting!

As far as I know you don't need to supply fingerprints unless they are required for a Police Check. But when we submitted our application in August 2012 they no longer required the fingerprint check for the Oz Police check, just the name one. You can double check that info...

That's so fast...we are still waiting for Stage 1 AOR and we submitted before...trying not to read anything into it. Hopefully we are just in a slow pile and there's nothing wrong with our application!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've read in other threads on the forum, they just have to have received your application before the 3 month timeline on the police check expires. Otherwise it would be ridiculous, since they are taking ~70 days to start looking at applications, you would...
