First of many thanks for creating this thread. I am going to marry my fiancee, this December, who currently living in London, UK. I am not preparing for her sponsorship application for probably early 2015.
I encounter one confusion. Is there any minimum income limit to sponsor...
No difference at all ... they just made a mistake .. I have sent them an email mentioning this misunderstanding from their side .. but I don't have any hope ...
regarding reapply .. I wont ... I m thinking to go to the US .. i have few options ...
I got a rejection email ... it says they are not satisfied with my duties. Duties mentioned in my reference letter do not match with list in HDRC website...
Just one question, PCCs that I, guess we all, submitted with initial application will be expire by end of this month or have already expired, considering its validity 1 year from the date of issue.
So will CIC ask to resubmit the fresh one?? what do you guys think?
Nothing after AoR. I noticed this VO replied couple of weeks back when I asked them about my application. And obviously, reply was the "No action is needed ....."
Hey ... CEC Guide (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp) mentioned that "Dependent children are exempt from paying the right of Permanent Residence fee." Please refer to Step 3 (Pay the fees) --> second bullet "The Right of Permanent Residence Fee".
Hi Guys, does an international student, with study permit, requires any kind of work permit, other than off-campus work permit, to work full time during an inactive term/semester?? Any experience, link/s, reference/s will be very helpful

How many days that we get to Submit 1. Medical (so its 60 days as per earlier post), 1. RCMP clearance, 3. Bio-data, and finally passport after respective requests.
