I did it, and received TRV. I provided documents to convince them that I would not stay in Canada and I have strong ties to US. Documents included US job offer, pay stubs, home insurance, car registration, etc.

I sent them a prepaid envelope with a tracking number, because I am a Chinese I need to give them my actual passport rather than a copy.

I don't think you should complain though... I filed two months earlier than you :P

Received COPR! e-cas showed "decision made" this Tuesday morning, and they sent it out yesterday to my husband address in Canada (I tracked Canada post online). I finally can stop worrying about it...

I think you can contact OPP-Ottawa by replying their request for passport email. Although I never personally emailed them, I saw people receive replies from them sometimes. BTW, have you seen "decision made" in your ecas?

Hi, yes you use the PO box address for USPS. I mailed my passport too (I am a Chinese), and I am worried also. Actually I am very worried, please don't lose my passport! But there is no other method, because they do not accept pre-paid envelope...

Congrats! My application was received on Sept 7, but through Quebec. I am wondering whether my case through Quebec will be slower... I already have a job offer, can I apply for a working permit first when I cross the border? I don't want to quit my job at the States and find out they will not...

Hi wjszxw, because you already have an offer letter, maybe you should try to get a working permit first? If you have already received LMO, you can just go to the boarder to get your working permit.
