Guys, I am thinking.......the NYVO received today my passports, they said it can take up to 6 weeks for me to get them back, that will bring it to August 19th...my medicals were done August 30th 2012, do you think they will give me an extension? Or will i have only 11 days to move to Canada...

Dear Shkhssan, On my passport request they said it takes up to 30 business days, which means 6 weeks. Nothing to worry, what is another 2 or 3 weeks for whom have waited for so long? Be patient, you will receive them soon. RaverCWB

It says on the RCMP website that electronically fringerprints are only accepted if the person is in Canada. If you are outside, they will only accept paper ones.

I just received an email from my lawyer and they said that my case is backed up because Canada closed 3 processing VO in the USA and now there are only 2 VOs processing the cases, New York and Los Angeles. Let's just hope for the best. RaverCWB
