I got RPRF and biodata request on 13th May(two days after medical request) and sent both of them on the next day, for some reason things are not moving that fast in my case. Even doctor office has confirmed that my medical results have been submitted to CIC a week after I did medicals(15th May)...

I did medicals yesterday, sent Biodata form, paid RPRF and sent the receipt. Waiting for the decision to be taken.
